How to Claim

The process for claiming prizes differs depending on how much you won, the country you played in and whether you played online or through a retailer. Whether you’ve matched just two numbers or landed a €35 million jackpot, find out here what to do if you’ve won a prize.

If you’ve played through a retailer, you must make sure you keep your lottery ticket safe, as you may be unable to claim a prize if you lose or damage it.
