How to Claim
The process for claiming prizes differs depending on how much you won, the country you played in and whether you played online or through a retailer. Whether you’ve matched just two numbers or landed a €25 million jackpot, find out here what to do if you’ve won a prize.
If you’ve played through a retailer, you must make sure you keep your lottery ticket safe, as you may be unable to claim a prize if you lose or damage it.
Vikinglotto is only available online in Belgium, so you will always be notified if you win a prize. Winnings of up to €500 are credited automatically to your lottery account, while prizes of between €500 and €25,000 go directly into your bank account. If you win more than €25,000, you must visit the Belgian National Lottery headquarters in Brussels.

How to Claim From a Lottery Concierge Service
You can play Vikinglotto online even if you’re not in one of the participating countries. Using a lottery concierge service means your ticket will be bought for you by a local agent. The entry will then be scanned and uploaded to your account where you will be able to see it, and you will be notified by email and SMS if you win a prize. Winnings up to a certain amount will automatically be paid into your online account to withdraw or use to pay for future games.

Above US$2,500 (approximately €2,100) | Can be collected in person from the country in which the ticket was bought (you would be responsible for covering your travel costs) or it can be collected by an agent of the lottery concierge service and transferred to your account. The prize money may be subject to tax deductions, administrative costs or bank transfer costs. |
